yes you can return them. TO THE WAREHOUSE, by shipping it back, NOT TO THE STORES like you said.

frankly i did speak to a rep cuz I had to cancel an order I just placed, and got confirmed once again that no items bought online can be returned to any store locations for a refund.

oh and btw, this sale includes reaction & NEWYORK. They don't separate their lines in their website. Only thing that they do to distinguish between them is by showing in the item description

so you called to confirm a return policy that's already stated on their website? And you think it such a revelation requiring a post in the wiki? wow and I thought your New York comment was sad.

I ordered a pair x a few months ago and the NYC store told me that they will charge me 8 or 9 dollars on my credit card to help me to ship it back. Because I didn't pack it and bring it the post office, so i paid for the shipping fee.

anyone care to comment on how their sizing is?

are products in Kenneth Cole warehouse sale = products in Kenneth Cole outlet store? i ask because items sold at outlet locations are manufactured with inferior raw materials compared to items sold at their retail stores.
