Exactly what happens when I go to the Langhorne, PA K-Mart. From now on I'll stop at the help desk before heading to the internet order pick-up spot in the back of the store.

I bought (2) 5-paks of Men's white crew socks ($6.29). They are much thinner than the ones I normally buy from the local Sock Factory store in Croydon, PA. Also, I wear a size 10.5 shoe and these are just barely large enough for me. (size 10-13 socks)

I placed an order for these a few hours ago. The total was $6.78. I got an email that the order was ready to pick up at my local KMart. The email stated that they were out of stock on one of the items, and they substituted another type of socks, for $4.00 more! When I spoke to customer service (for over a half hour), they were rude and gave me the runaround. At this point, I have to make yet another phone call, sit on hold forever, and try to cancel this order. Bait and Switch at it's best. It is no wonder that KMart/Sears are nearly bankrupt. This is the last time I attempt to shop there.
