It isn't supposed to be user-replaceable but it probably could be for the adventurous. Before buying mine II saw a take-apart where the battery module was referenced by number as a standard service part.

I guess since it is over 720 it is HD, but not full HD. I was really excited when I saw HD cause I thought it would be 1080.....

Yeah big misconception in that 1080p is the definition of HD, bu it's not. Great for gimmick advertising though.

i wish this has an i& processor with a 6-cell battery, IPS panel with full hd resolution but you can't have it all, especially for this price.

Nope. I really just want an IPS at this price range, rest of the specs fit just fine for the use it'll get.

This is a great, compact and stylish notebook and it comes with a DVD R/W in the box.
It is very high quality and the touch screen is very snappy and a pleasure to look at.
Got it a couple of weeks ago at $399 with a 25/75 coupon Staples had sent me so it cost me $375 or $400 w/ tax.

At $500 it is overpriced, $400 or less it's a great deal.
Keep in mind that the X202E with the Bluetooth is $450 at Micro Center so the current Staples price is a good one but not a bargain, especially when you add another $40 or so in taxes.

Upgraded it to Win8 Pro as a simple upgrade to the factory system and it works great!

if u want bluetooth u can just swap out the internal wifi pci express with a intel integrated wifi/bt card?

I hate the touchpad on this laptop

that's exactly what im saying. ips panel is expensive and cannot be found on ANY laptop for under $450, let along one with a touchscreen.
