The promotion shows up with the text "SAVE on Service Fees for Valentine's Day. Deliver By Feb 12th". Unless I'm missing something, the service fee is not waived for that deal. That's what makes the deal of this thread so appealing... save $20 in service fees AND get a discount on the flowers.

ETA: If you click the promo in your link and/or look at the URL, it appears to be an expired promo from last year. However, there was a thread recently for a 25% discount to Teleflora for this season.

Haven't tried it personally but I'm going to go ahead and say most likely not. The various flower sites this year have been very stingy with stacking promos. The only success I recall seeing was with the Shoprunner deal but required calling in after placing the order and crossing your fingers.

Thanks for that clarification. Ive personally ordered many times but never had it arrive on box.
I would definitely not even order if that is the case and that should not even be an option honestly.
