I'm not sure which item you purchased, so this may not help, but only Poise Incontinence Products are counting for the 50th Anniversary up. It’s listed under Personal Care with Depends "Depend or Poise Incontinence Products".

The items for the $2.99 +up that starts tomorrow, sadly, wont count.

I have so many ups expiring this week and not much going on very disappointing in the sales this week. Only $95 in ups in the add I'd like to do the grapefruit BW deal hoping I get that coupon

The skintimate gel is $3.49, $2.79 with gold discount. The shave creme is higher.
I used all my BOGO coupons last week, so I'm going off memory here. I recall there being a maximum value on those coupons, which was less than the regular price, but more than the price with gold discount.
