I was going to try to get a few dollars knocked for that, but considering the mistake/unexpected upgrade on their part (ordered a 16gb TF300, found a 32gb Infinity in the box instead), I don't really want to push my luck. I have had some good luck w/Cowboom anyways.

You could have pushed it, they never know. I did it with my TF300, told them it arrived in a condition I didnt like, and they gave me a $15 partial.

On an iPad 2 I ordered from them the camera stopped working, and it still had warranty. I called them up, they gave me a $40 refund, the lady even told me I can offer you this, and then go and collect on the warranty. So I did that, and walked out of the Apple store with a refurb. the next day on.

All my reasons were true, and not some sham, but still the only thing they can say is no, it's not like they come to your door and take it back.

There was a promo code that weekend, so... $179. A few scratches as can be expected, and a corner ding (but not affecting the screen or digitizer), but for a TF700, I'll manage.
