So I filled out my information but when I click on the "I Agree, Submit" button, nothing happens. Arrrggh! What gives?

is it one giftcard per amex credit card? or can i get multiples with one amex cc?

Use a different browser...it didn't work for me in Chrome

If you have been on SD long enough, you would have more than 1 amex card. So you only learn how to do this once but can get $10 multiple times
