Sapphire Radeon HD5450 1 GB DDR3 HDMI/DVI-I/VGA PCI-Express Video Card @Newegg for $16.99 AR FS

Newegg has the Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 [newegg.com] 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card.

Price is $31.99 -$15 Rebate [newegg.com] = $16.99 shipped. Has HDMI, D-SUB, and DVI ports, 80 stream processing units and a 650MHz core clock speed.

Only 64 bit but at this price point that is expected. Seems like a good backup or add to motherboard without built in video for a cheap build.

Rebate valid 02/01/13 to 2/28/13. Limit one rebate per household. Note that this rebate applies to numerous Sapphire video cards so you may have already completed this rebate.

Steve Gibson on password policies [grc.com]: I mean, I don't get this change it every eight weeks. ... It's not as if passwords are traveling by camel after they've been stolen, going to the bad guys, and so there's, like, some weird eight-week window, like, oh, we're going to change your password so that the stale password no longer works. ...
