Is anyone legitimately receiving their points? I know that when you take the poll, you see the increase in points right there on Facebook. But if you actually go to the reward zone page (myrewardzone.bestbuy.com) and log in to your account, every poll you've taken in the past few days are probably "pending" and your point total is actually 0.

That's the case for a few other people who had the "Point Adjustment" happen on their account this past weekend, which was supposed to only reset the reward zone points for 2012.

Mine are all there.They also zapped my points on 2/6/13 but I emailed them and they added them back.

as was suggested in one of the threads, when you get the points added by poll, leave that window untouched and open another tab for myrewardzone.com and redeem/print certs right then. you *should* be able to redeem for the max points you see after poll.
