Good lens. And before the "no image stabilization" claims, I use this on my Panasonic G2 without issue, and don't miss the image stabilization. Other aspects of the lens, including image quality, size, price, and weight, were much more important to me to consider than such an artificial "necessity" as image stabilization.

Cool story. All "claims" about the lack of IS are officially without merit.
People who quote themselves probably shouldn't. If it were worth repeating someone else would do it.

I'm a really, REALLY amateur photographer....but I thoroughly enjoy it. I have an Olympus E-510 which uses 4/3rds. Can someone tell me if Micro 4/3rds fits onto standard 4/3rds cameras? I honestly can't find the answer to it, which leads me to believe that it does.

I know regular 4/3 does not fit the micro without an adapter. Not sure if there is an adapter to go from micro to regular but would never use one anyway. Found out the hard way when I bought a regular 4/3 and discovered that they are different mounts. Now need to sell off the wrong one I bought. "I wish my grass was EMO... then it would cut itself"
