Get an ESPN The Magazine renewal for 26 issues + Free ESPN Insider Premium online content upgrade for $1 flat. (Also valid for 1 year)

All of the college basketball (tourney) and football coverage (bowl), along with major pro sports and in-depth sports articles.
You also get the ESPN, "Body" issue along with the ESPN, "Next" issue and at least 3 double-issues during your subscription period.

Not bad for a buck.

- CLICK ME - [ESPN.COM]

If this doesn't work, try THIS LINK [ESPN.COM]
- Thanks to pobonilla415 <-------Please rep this person as well.

Try using IE / Firefox / Chrome if either link is not working for you or showing an incorrect price - If that STILL does not work, try typing in, "espn.com/thankyou" manually.
I use Chrome, FYI.

What's the catch?
You must be a current subscriber in order to have access to this deal.

What's the REAL catch?
They'll charge you the regular renewal price at the end of the 1 year subscription unless you cancel the renewal beforehand.

In other words, don't forget to cancel the renewal.

Enjoy!!

So that people can save some time:

Terms & Conditions:
This exclusive renewal offer is only redeemable online and includes online access which requires an email address and a credit card for processing. This offer is valid for current subscribers only and is non-transferrable.

Automatic Renewal:
When you pay for your subscription by credit card, you will be enrolled in our automatic renewal program. Your subscription will continue without interruption so you won't miss a single issue. Just before your subscription term ends, we'll renew it for an additional term and charge your credit card the low magazine rate then in effect. Approximately 10 days before your account is charged you will receive an email detailing the impending charge and instructions should you decide to cancel. Should you wish to cancel your subscription before that time, you may email customer service at ESNcustserv@cds-global.com.

Subscription Updates:
I'd like to receive information about my subscription, including ESPN Insider related updates, via email. SELECTING "NO" WILL PREVENT YOUR INSIDER INSTRUCTIONS FROM BEING SENT.
Yes No

Our Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with ESPN Magazine, we will refund your money on all unmailed issues. No questions asked. If you're under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must complete this subscription form for you.

**** According to ESPN CS, if you try to use the link and you are more than 1 yr from your account expiring, you will not be allowed to get the $1/1 yr deal.
Your account would default to the $26/1 yr. Then you have to call CS to get them to cancel your order if you don't want to pay that amount.

ALSO IT CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO SHOW PAYMENT CONFIRMATION according to customer service.

If you have a Bank of America credit card, you can use their Shop Safe feature to generate a temporary credit card number authorized for $1 and expiring in x months. This will help you avoid charges when renewal comes up, since they won't be able to charge it.

It has worked for others.
No reason not to give it a try.
There are a few different ways to go about it, check the original post and try them all.
Others have reported that they were able to get it with long-expired subscriptions and I want to say that there has been at least one post from someone who was never a subscriber.

Only one way to find out. Wink

I got the email confirmation and the link to activate my Insider but it doesn't work. When I spoke to them they said I can't activate Insider until my first issue ships.

You need the code off of the magazine label to get insider for free. So wait for your first issue.

You can also get the account number by logging into you account at the magazine. Once you account is active (in a week or two) you can retrieve the number and start insider before you receive your first issue in the mail.

Not sure if it is helpful, but I had renewed my subscription a week before this post, at regular price ($79.95/2 years). I called customer service to cancel, and they offered me a 50% refund, reducing the 2 year cost to $40. If anyone else is in this predicament, a decent consolation prize...

Customer service is like a box of chocolates....

Try again, another CS agent should be able to prorate the cost and cancel your subscription.

I auto-renewed, called them and told them I did not want to renew. The gentleman was kind enough to credit everything back to my cc.

Let me know if a different agent works out for you.

Not really when you can often get it for free or less than $5 per year. I'd call back and cancel the renewal completely and get all your $ back. That's just me though! Big Grin

You can get it way cheaper online constantly. Probably because it's one of the worst magazines out there. It's literally only worth it for insider.

the main link just worked for me in Firefox, and my subscription expired on April 17th. Still got it for a buck.

Thank you very much!

Was trying to find a good deal for ESPN Insider and stumbled on this link.

www.espn.com/thanks
If clicking the link auto directs you to another page, try copying the link onto another tab. Hope that helps

26 issues of ESPN The Magazine (1 year) + ESPN Insider for $1. nod
Only catch is "The $1 price is valid for current subscriber renewals only."
As always make sure you can your subscription before it expires because of auto-renewal. Let me know if you don't see the price!
