Maybe we will be able to use them at the merged entity "OM and OD", just like what happens when airline companies merge.

I made my purchase on Feb 13. My Purchase History is still showing only the Purchase Amount and nothing under the Reward amount column. When I contacted Office Depot, here is what they wrote:


"In response to your below email, please allow upto 4-6 weeks for the additional promotional rewards to be credited in your account..."

Have they reverted to their old ways then? Of late, they had been showing rewards for eligible purchases much sooner than 4-6 weeks.

That's good to know, though runs contrary what I've read in OD threads in last few years. I've had returns made to cards that don't specify gift card or merchandise card, and always used them for FAR in instead of free after rewards deals to not risk losing out on rewards. Fortunately, the well has yet to run dry on FAR offers to use those cards on....

Same boat here. I sent them a message, but I'm expecting the same response as you. Anyone had their rewards posted already?

Nope, I purchased on 12 th and no rewards posted.

For info (and as already confirmed in other posts), per email from WLR CSR, rewards will post in 6 weeks?. My purchase was on 02/16

Also got confirmation that the Swingline(reg) 15" ClassicCut Lite Trimmer (sku 452141) for $52.19 did qualify for the rewards
