This should be getting more attention. Granted it's TrendNet, but still highly rated, even @ Amazon [amazon.com].

These are not that good. You're better off just getting an E3000 and using it as a bridge. Then you can do 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz and still have 4 ports and better performance with Tomato or DD-WRT.

Got one awhile ago to hook up a desktop to the wireless network. It works great good signal and good speeds. Removed the 100ft Ethernet cable I had running between floors.

I just bought the 8-port trendnet switch from Newegg for $20 because I wanted to hoook up a bunch of devices (PS3, wd live, xbox 360, bluray) in a media server room in the basement to my router upstairs. Should I go with this instead?
Just bought a Netgear WNDR4300 as a new router. |
