I got the ogio recoil bag for the few times a year I walk it helps a lot. If i never walked then id get the chamber bag.

Got my stuff. My driver, listed as "good", I would probably rate at least 9/10. It has a couple slight ball marks on the face of the club, and very fine rub marks on the underneath of the club, as well as a little shaft abuse from the bag. Nothing other than the faintest of cosmetic wear.

If I had to guess, a scratch golfer probably used it for less than 5 rounds.
My putter could pass for new if I polished it.

I got an average razr x fit driver, had a sticky residue on the shaft,and the grip seems worn more than average.. Does this warrant a claim for a replacement ?

If you look at the grip, those rubber thread like strings that run through the grip are the way the grip is made, that might be what you were seeing when you said the grip was worn. As far as I know every club they said came with a new grip.

like a previous poster said, it depends on your putting style. However, this is a good way to measure (fairly easily).

1. You need a ruler
2. You need to know what length your current putter is

take your normal putting stance. Grip your putter and address the putt as you usually would with your putting stroke stance. Now, take the ruler and place it at the end of your putter grip and line it up to where you would WANT the belly putter to touch or anchor to your body.

Take a note of how many more inches from the end of the putter is needed to anchor where you want (around your belly I assume). Add this length to your current putter. This is the length of the belly putter you would need.

Because everybody's putting style is quite different, some being more upright, some more bent over, everybody needs different length of belly putters. With normal putters or conventional putters, there is more forgiveness with the length of the putter (as you can grip up and down), but belly putters are less forgiving in that they must be a certain length in order to accomodate YOUR swing, as opposed to you manipulating your swing or stroke to accomodate your putter.

Might be easier if you have a friend hold your ruler for ya, but I'm sure this can be done without any assistance!
