One-Way Rates Out of Florida
Drive Out of Florida in an Economy through Full-size vehicle for $19.95/day, or a Minivan or SUV for $29.95/day

With a Hertz one way rental, enjoy: Unlimited mileage
NO drop-off fees
Wide variety of pickup and drop off locations
Simply reserve your car today and rest easy driving out of Florida! The applicable RQ "DRIVE" will automatically be applied to your reservation when you click the "Book Now" button. Valid at participating locations for pick up between 4/1/2013 and 5/31/2013.

There are some taxes and fees, but no huge drop off fee as is normally charged. This was $5 a day rental the last few years, but may go lower as time gets closer and they may need more cars moved North for the season. The total for a week for me was $190 to Milwaukee, WI. Includes all fees and taxes. Can cancel or change with no charge Avis has the same deal but was a bit less for me $170 for a week. Sometimes may have good rates out of AZ also.

I ended up going with the Hertz deal because they have can return to the Green Bay airport which works better for me. Avis only had Milwaukee in Wisconsin. Hertz is a bit more money now but but has more choices. Keep an eye open on prices they may come down if they need more cars moved north.

I looked at that site but did not work for me from FL to Wisconsin.

Due to limitations with car shuttling (getting the car back to it's original pick-up location), we can't allow a one-way rental between these particular locations. Please feel free to try other location combinations but if you still don't have any luck, it's likely that we can't service a one-way rental at all between these two regions. Thanks for considering Budget for your travel plans.

On these one way out rentals they charge by the day and 6 is cheaper than 7, SUV's were a lot more than full size cars. If you new to Hertz sign up for a card with them and they will send a $25 discount in email fir a week even on these rates. I do not know if you can stack discounts for AAA and others, give it a try.
