Kindle Paperwhite vertcal stand smart cover $6.95 prime shipping

Tempted for the stand, feature but I wish that the logo didn't look so much like a cross.


Does the paper white automatically shut off with this cover? I didn't know it had that functionality. Edit: Reading reviews says that it does auto wake and auto sleep. Cool, might bite.

One of the reviews says that it turns on and off automatically with this cover, I think I will pick one up, I have a slim cover, but a stand my encourage me to read a bit more.

I've order from this seller twice before. Fast shipping both times(once was FBA and once directly from seller). I sent them a message once regarding a case they sold to see if it was compatible with a newer model tablet(it wasn't compatible). They responded quickly and honestly. As far as shipping is concerned, it's fulfilled by amazon, so standard 2 day shipping. I ordered Sunday, got it today by noon. It's pretty slim especially compared to some of the bulky cases out there. When laid out next to the aliexpress case, it's not significantly thicker. Aesthetically, the book style cases are much nicer to look at. So, the question is are you a form or function type of reader? For the price though it's a safe buy for anyone who would occasionally like the stand function.

I barely missed this deal the other day after hesitating to buy it, so I checked again and it's still $6.95 with the ability to "order now" and it'll be in stock on February 28.

Now that it seems I have some more time to think about my decision, can anyone who already has one or will get one soon comment on certain aspects of this cover? I'm looking for something thin and light that really just protects against minor damage so I can throw it in a backpack/bag while traveling. Can the flip cover fold all the way around so you can hold it with 1 hand without damaging the cover? I would hate to have to hold it with the cover flapping around if I'm not using the stand feature.
