Is the $75 annual fee for the preferred waived first year? when clicking on the link, it said nothing about 0 for first year.

"Yes, as per the promotion associated with your card, you can earn 150 Reward Dollars on spending $500 in eligible purchases, within the first 3 months of Cardmembership. Please know that the Reward Dollars will be awarded within 6-8 weeks after the spend is met.

You don't get reward post until 2nd statement.
