This is a great price for this july '11, model. if it's in stock near you. i see it's available in all but 3 states that have fry's. If you want one don't second guess because these will go oos quickly. it includes open-box as well http://www.frys.com/product/6718795

2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 with 3MB on-chip shared L3 cache
2GB of 1333MHz DDR3 memory
500GB (5400-rpm) hard drive
Intel HD Graphics 3000 processor with 288MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory

EDIT: Only a few stores showing in stock in south cali, every other store is pretty much dead.
