For all the guys out there, a duvet is a bed cover that you can fill in yourself with down/padding or if you want, leave it as is. At one end, there is an opening with buttons to access the inside. This duvet does not come with padding so the product picture is a little inaccurate compared to what you get. I decided to leave it alone. The unfilled duvet isn't bulky at all and it is warm enough to get you through the night with the help of another thinnish blanket. The flannel material is much thicker and heavier than what your flannel shirt would be made of, however as a bed cover, it's a good weight/heft.

From what I saw in picture, i thought, i was suppose to get comforter and two pillow cases. When I got my item, it was just a sheet set and no comforter, so I returned it. I'm not paying that much money for just sheets.

I canceled for this reason I don't need a fancy sheet

Lame. As with others, OOS when I went to check out. That's what I get for walking upstairs to ask the wife for approval before making a SD purchase!

Do you already own a comforter? How about a blanket?
You just stuff it in, shake it smooth and button it up.

A comforter will work best to give you a fluffier look but a blanket works if that's all you've got.

Feather blankets for your duvet covers available at IKEA! Cheap and oh so fluffy and warm! Never going back to a bedspread or comforter!

Same I just cancel. This is "velvet" duvet. Is good for the winters and too warm for spring and summer (NOW). Maybe I grab one some other time.
