Damn! There was a 139 point adjustment. Was aiming for $10 (500) but they converted my 250 pts to $5 and took away 139! I just called and the rep was saying it was expiration from last year but I already used up all the points last year with a $5 certificate.
He said they will investigate and I will get a call within 7-10 days. This sucks! Looks like they adjusted base on me doing the polls twice in a day. You think they caught on?
Ok...I called again. The rep that I called earlier (sounded like a black guy) was clueless of what happened and didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The next guy I spoke to sounded Filipino and he automatically gave me 500 points after learning what happened without batting an eyelash.
So moral of the story....keep calling until you get a favorable result.

Just got off the phone with them. I lost 117 points but somehow the rep said I lost 350. So when he went to adjust the 350, he said "For the inconvenience, I will go ahead and issue 500 points instead and will also send you a $10 certificate" Happy Camper here!
