Waiting on another deal from Target or someone they will price match so I can use my credit/gift cards. But thanks for the heads up.
If it was me I'd sell those for whatever you can get for them & move on. No way would I deal with them now. They offered me some credit & I refused & made sure they knew I'd never shop there again. Hell, I still have to call back because they couldn't even get the return/refund right. Why anyone would knowingly solicit them now is beyond me.

For those who actually received one of these cameras CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT! It turns out that what I was charged was NOT what I authorized. It ended up being about $370 when it was supposed to be under $300 total. On top of that, after calling dozens of times and being transferred and cut of repeatedly they said the refund was issued. I check my credit card account a week later and they refunded ONE camera instead of for the entire order. So I had to call back again. Wonderful. To make matters worse every time I call their computer system is down and I have to call back after wasting 10min talking to someone who speaks broken English at best just to explain what I need and who I am. Finally, after a half hour on the phone today I get transferred to a lady in Minnesota and the refund is literally issued within minutes of her introducing herself to me. I vented and told her about the entire nightmarish ordeal and she says that reading my notes this should have been handled about a month ago and it's a simple solution. I can't imagine what people are going through that have more complex issue. This is unreal. She's sending me a gift card but if you divide the amount by all the the time I've wasted with an order I've never even received I'm sure it's about ten cents an hour. Whoopty doo.
What are the chances some $hithead scanning in my area.
Better than you think.
Even he does what's the big deal he can see the front yard from outside anyways.
For you, this isn't a concern. Some use their cameras to monitor children, pets or other things inside the home. I don't need to spell out what an invasion of privacy this would be. Others use them to keep an eye on their garage and with this someone can see what's in your garage or when someone is home or not. Hell, even with your setup one could create a pattern of when you leave & return for work. The odds of them being close enough to make this info worth their time is slim but maybe they sell off the info or something. I don't know but why leave yourself open to such potential threats when the solution is simple and well-known? Remember, just because you don't care about security doesn't mean that others don't care with good reason. Remember, the thing about security is that the time to be concerned with it is BEFORE it's needed.
