It's possible they may charge you full price for the other items, since the guy made it very clear it was an error in the coupon and that "they are allowed to cancel orders."

yup just got the same e-mail
is that legal for TD to do? the order has changed completely and they will be charging more than what my order confirmation e-mail states. shaaady TD. guess ill cancel now. dont wanna deal with the back and forth with my credit card company |

i got the same email about my order being canceled and when going to my order history, it's gone too.

I got that same email, and the order was gone from my account. When manually tracking my order by order number it shows the additional item I ordered, was canceled. Oh well.

I was about to call to cancel but now the order is completely missing from my order history. I wil check later but I think they just straight up canceled it

Got cancellation email this AM with all items cancelled in the order.
Just got shipping confirmation on one of the cancelled items and of course charged full price. Does anyone know how to change your address in the system without calling? I have clicked everywhere in My Account and do not see it. I've spent hours on the phone with those knuckleheads and everytime they try and correct, they F' something else up on the account. |

Guys, you were warned many times from the posts in this thread about what exactly will happen and what TD will do. It's too late once an item is slated for shipping, wrong address or not. You have no one to blame but yourselves.
Get a CC that gives you virtual numbers with assignable spending limits. That way TD has no choice but to cancel your order which was exactly what they did with mine. Last edited by snowcrash; 02-13-2013 at 04:57 PM.. |
