I'm also thin and long. Where I shop, depends on what I'm looking to buy, but I buy a lot from American Eagle and Eddie Bauer. Last year's Eddie Bauer slim shirts fit me great, but after they reworked the fits this year, I'm now having better luck by sizing down and going with relaxed and classic fits. Sizing down often works for me with better brands, as long as the arm length isn't too short.

Land's End is a good place for pants, since they'll hem them to whatever inseam you want. Old Navy is a good place to buy MT pajamas, sweat and lounge pants, which you can also find at Eddie Bauer and Land's End.

I probably have a suggestion for most anything you'd want to buy, because I'm always searching for this information, too.

beware the cheap zippers on a lot of stuff made in (fill in the blank) there are a few technical brands that make great stuff there and have good quality control but most "designers" don't.
