Bought this last time thinking it works with my Garmin Nuvi GPS, but when I connect this charger the GPS just goes into USB mode and never gets charged.
It charges a plam pixi with the micro usb adapter without any issues. The adapter pins look kind of cheap though. |

is this worth it if i will have to use the adapter the whole time? seems like it would be really clunky

Got one noticed my cheap usb charger from china charges my phone pretty slow. Hope this one works good.

[I think] I have this charger (or one very similar to this), it is great. I got mine on Amazon [amazon.com] for about 3$ more, and that was without the adapter.
