I actually enjoyed this. Top shelf mindless action flick. It's no masterpiece, but the action sequences are very entertaining and the plot is passable. Rented it for the full $5, thought it was worth the money.

The beginning was alright, but it just went downhill... I think the movie was bearable for me because of the tech. Recently rented this from Redbox, but ty anyway OP

By no means was this a great or even good movie. However, for a buck it's worth a watch. Nice CG, good chase scenes, decent action.
The problem is remaking a classic (which I think is hugely overrated). People will always make the comparisons and people really LOVE the original. If you haven't seen the original my bet is that you would find this worthy of your buck. |
