I'm never buying from the MS store again.
They messed up my order, I was out $500. I called customer service and found the entire dept is in the Philipenes. None could help after months of fighting. I disputed the charge and after months of fighting I called a MS Store here in the US and the manager got it resolved. |

i also have had bad experiences with microsoft.. they take forever to send the codes.. a lot of the times I wouldn't get them and it tooks hours on hold with customer support trying to get them to fix the problem.. they have no idea what they're doing

YMMV, I have gotten a free HTC Titan, Forza 4, $15 Forza Horizon and multiple 1600 point cards free from them without a hitch. Not sure why people have trouble with them, maybe the re sellers buying $500 worth of one game is the problem.

I just got my first order last week of all the games I preordered with this promotion (Metal Gear Rising), but still haven't seen anything about the Microsoft Points. No email with a code. No physical mail. Anybody know what gives?
My purchase receipt email lists 1600 points for each of 3 games I preordered. :\ |

Just a heads up, these guys ship on the day of release apparently. A lot of people who preordered bioshock infinite were upset with how long it took for the game to come.
