Allen Edmonds are probably some best reasonably priced dress shoes one can purchase and the factory recrafting is pretty awesome.
IIRC, split-toed shoes are considered semi-informal but for this price I would snag a pair if they came in my size. |

Need more input before pulling the trigger.

You just need to get wider AEs than other shoes. Try em on, will make a difference. Also, this is an old shoe, no longer kept in their stores, so if you were looking to make an exchange or anything, won't have any luck with this shoe.

AE's are great shoes and ae will resole them and polish them up for a set fee (forgot how much, but they come back looking like new) Buy hubby them when they go on sale at Nordstroms in july
