It appears so. Outside chance that it may drop again for the Fri-Sat ads, but many people are speculating it was a price error and they put the DVD price up on the Bluray since most every other store is selling the DVD only set for 24.99.
Fry's is spotty with followthrough of their errors, but most of the time I have gotten it eventually including some spectacular recent deals on Criterion discs. They sometimes will cancel Price Errors though usually this will happen quickly or if it's a limited release situation where there isn't anyway to get more stock when they oversell something. |

Help me understand.
But help me understand from a collectible point of view how a box art slip cover is even important ? The content inside is exactly the same or am i wrong ? So to have the slip cover is theory is only appealing knowing that you have it / own it correct ? In most circumstances DVD's are shelved or stored in cabinets which do not display the box art.. but rather just the spine. So... again why pay more for Artwork that will be seen only 1% of the time you own it. I think of this as the Pokemon Syndrome : you got to collect them all. If the content inside added more value such as extra features or bonus content which is not available in the standard edition ...it's worth the purchase. But to each their own.. I just would like to understand.

okay. So regarding the Digital Copy, I selected iTunes first; it takes awhile to download so once it started there, I went back and selected Amazon. I got a code from the Amazon selection and now have a $38.99 credit.
It shows GoT series 1 and 2 (icon). When I bought the GoT series 1 there wasn't a free digital copy. So if I select GoT1 will I be charged $38.99? Is this only good for GoT2? Last edited by farsighted99; 02-23-2013 at 02:45 PM.. |

Please let me know how long it takes you to download from iTunes and what your Internet speed is. I only have .7 mps speed and trying to see if it is worth it for me to download . Thanks |

Also, anyone can answer this please: I sold my DVD set ONLY on eBay (there was no digital code paper in the DVD set, it only came in my bluray sleeve). It was clearly stated in my auction description that it was the DVDs and bonus disc. Now he put a "not as described" dispute against me saying the DVD are computer generated and won't play on his DVD machine and it won't play without codes. Plus he is saying they are not new. Unbelievable !!!!! I should have tested the DVDs before I sent them!! Now he says he wants his money back or a brand new bluray set! Is this true? The dvd set won't play without codes? Any response from anyone would be appreciated! Arrhhh,, I hate eBay !!!!!!! Last edited by sillywabbittwix; 02-26-2013 at 08:00 AM.. |
