I have this machine and absolutely love it. Had it for over a year. This makes great coffee. Honestly I think this blows most Keurig models out of the water. The programmable features make this thing great too. You can set it to turn on/off automatically, set a default cup size. You can also use it for just hot water for tea, oatmeal etc.

It also comes with an adapter to put brew your own coffee instead of using a K-Cup. The adapter can be stored in the unit's side compartment when not in use. That adapter costs $25 from Keurig and doesn't come with most Keurig brewers

I looked on Kohls.com and it's not even listed so I guess guying it online is out.

How do you see your local store's prices?

How well does the refill cup work? I have heard that it does not have as good of results as using the expensive pre-filled cups.

I've found that you need to make your fill size smaller when using the self-fill cup. I usually use a 10oz fill for K-Cups but use a 6oz fill when using my own coffee. That usually does the trick for me. I like strong coffee too.
