Hmm well considering nobody else posted that they got this deal and the fact that Kmart says they no longer sell this product, I wouldn’t consider it a hot deal.

Just an FYI... Some of the best deals posted here on SD don't make it to the FP. The Amazing deals get sold out before they have a chance to get to the FP (when the retailer has a good inventory tracker). The best deals I've posted don't end up getting to the FP for that exact reason.

These are also the deals that people who don't get in on get a little "sad" that they missed it and deny the deal ever existed.

A few ways... When I posted it stock was still available, someone clicked "I bought this" on the top right part of the thread, someone thanked me with a PM, and by the comments given when someone gave me "reps".

Interesting. I know I sometimes click "I bought it" (like I just did) to quickly thumbs up a post.
Guess I wouldn't bother someone to just PM I bought an item from their thread...but each to their own. Given it looks like only 5 minutes passed before it was confirmed OOS (who knows in the 5 minutes when it actually went out of stock before that post)...they must have been lightening fast.

Usually I don't receive PM's when posting a deal... but there are a few members here who do like to thank me when I help them out by sharing deals which they were able to take advantage of. These people are also people who post deals frequently here on SD. I do appreciate people thanking me for posting a deal - whether it be via PM or in the thread.

I get nothing from posting deals other than the satisfaction that I was able to help someone. A "thank you" is nice to hear sometimes.

P.S. - If the member(s) who bought this would like to chime in... now would be an opportune time

No need to pull out the sympathy card ...as I was just wondering. Guess the conclusion is they only either had 4 or a hoarder hopped up on too much coffee this early AM got them all.
