Study Confirms Tea Party Was Created by Big Tobacco and Billionaire Koch Brothers http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bre...63125.html However, the Quarterback study reveals that in 2002, the Kochs and tobacco-backed CSE designed and made public the first Tea Party Movement website under the web address www.usteaparty.com. Here's a screenshot of the archived U.S. Tea Party site, as it appeared online on Sept. 13, 2002: But keep in mind its all to serve their purposes not the Tea Party or the actual american people. We have 2 competing parties but in the end the struggle is all a side show and diversion to be wrapped around politics while the powerful manipulate both parties, in some cases create their own to do their bidding (without their knowledge) |

Limited government. Fiscal responsibility.
Funny how such radical and contraversial principles draw smears from both the Republican establishment and make the Left apoplectic. "If an American is to amount to anything he must rely upon himself, and not upon the State; he must take pride in his own work, instead of sitting idle to envy the luck of others. He must face life with resolute courage, win victory if he can, and accept defeat if he must, without seeking to place on his fellow man a responsibility which is not theirs.” --- Theodore Roosevelt

Started and taken over/exploited by aren't the same thing.
IMO, the Tea Party was inspired by Rick Santelli (I remember watching him melt down on air) and picked up by the Ron Paul folks and it quickly morphed into a Koch, et. al. cluster-fuk. Never argue with idiots. First they bring you down to their level, then they beat you with experience.

Thus we have Rove vs Tea Party/Koch both trying to frame the other side as a failure in terms of their ability to win elections, but also more importantly to win over the conservative campaign donations. Basically, it's a fight over $$$$. |

Most rational people lie in the middle somewhere, regardless of party. That is the only reason it comes down to two parties. Unfortunately for me, a very liberal Democrat, I've been lied to by my party as well. I don't agree with all of our issues, I think some gov involvement is necessary but I'm not with gun control or the "health care act." They tell you what you want to hear, you vote for them and then they cram whatever cockamamy idea they have down your throat and up your butt and you have to live with it. All sore and all. The Tea party may have had a good idea, but whenever radicals get a hold of anything on either side they just muck it up for everyone! Do you care what other people do? Do you want to control them? Both parties do, they want to control who you marry, what weapons or food you buy, what water you drink, whether or not you have insurance (all of it, health, car, home, etc.). They're the same you see and the older you get and the more you see, the more you realize this!
