nice price, but the fact that its a dead OS makes it not a wise buy. Better to spend a little more for something like a Nexus 4

getting a used one for 150 is pretty rare too. Most people are still looking for 200 on CL. Plus these are brand new and already unlocked. This is a solid phone design wise but windows is too locked down for me. Must resist temptation. I do really want one though.

IMO avoid Win Phone 7 devices like the plague. It's a dead platform with very few apps people are used to having on smart phones. I wouldn't pay $100 for this phone.
