I think Sears has become a retail real estate holdings liquidator first and a retailer second. And that really is too bad for anyone involved with the retail arm as a customer or an employee. But so many companies have gone that route. Just too bad.

Got $3 in 2 of my accounts. Went and got some socks on sale for $3. Also check your coupons on sywr. I had a coupon that said get $10 in sywr when you redeem your sywr points.

I have not been able to use my points either. Despite receiving the email that I received $5 in points, the points are not in my SYWR account. And the SYWR website locks up everytime I get to their home page. How frustrating.

Got 3000 points in jewelry but it didn't work. Read the email terms and it says "Offer not valid in CA and NJ" so don't know why they even sent it to me in the first place.

5000 points. No minimum. Don't see it in my account but maybe it applied automatically on next purchase? I will find out today.

i got one 5k points it applied at checkout. you have to go all the way enter your address and during payment select click on apply swyr points it will apply the amount of points stated in your email. Of course theres no guarantee that it would work the way it is supposed to do. several of mine went waste
