ordered 10 appliances...Constant daily automated calls about scheduling delivery. Called and rescheduled, Sears automated calls back however, you can't respond without calling them back. Called back and rescheduled. This went on for 3 months. Sears insisted it was manufacturer. I was done by this time and was able to dig up(yes pun intended) presidents number and he won't get on line. I dealt with every unethical business department associated with Sears. Then, after delivery a fridge stopped working, Sears would not send in warranty service unless I stated I would pay if out of warranty terms.

Needless to say I lost control of all compassion and went up and down this unethical Company. I summoned attorneys and contacted their so called general counsel office(no one returns calls until you have make your complaint public). End result, Sears has low price appliances, however, dealing with any one at Sears will shorten your life so choose your destiny wisely.
