FYI, it appears this only applies a $10 discount to the total order. if you add 2 to your cart, it's still just $10 off.

I just got an email about my order:
"We are sorry to inform you that the following item(s) you ordered are currently not in stock. We have these on order with the manufacturer, and hope to have them available shortly. There is no need to contact us for a substitution on pre-orders or special orders. If you would like to contact us, please use the information below." Followed by links to a couple dozen drives and then this: "If you would like to discuss a possible substitution, please contact one of our knowledgeable sales representatives at (800) 806-1115. We shall make every effort to find an item of equal or greater value to satisfy your needs. We thank you for your patience in this matter." I looked through the items and didn't see anything I'd want to substitute for this. I'll probably call anyway and see what's up. |
