Shipped here too. Kinda surprised that it did. Haven't had much luck with Amazon's "we'll ship one day in the future"-type deals. Not complaining though.

Got notification that it is shipping sooner than expected. Still hasn't shipped yet, but getting excited that it has shipped for others. Best deal of the year so far.

Got mine today. Haven't done anything with it yet other than take it out of the box. Looks like a pretty decent little winch. Especially with the synthetic cable. Last time that I'd looked I think that it alone was about as much or more than what we paid. In addition to the parts listed in the OP it also comes with a hook, sleeve for the cable, solenoid, and wiring. Instructions are reasonably detailed and look straight-forward assuming that you're reasonably handy with basic 12V wiring.
