Lego Batman Movie
Looks like they have a Lego Batman Movie coming out in May also. It says 71 minute run time !! http://www.amazon.com/Lego-Batman...d_cp_mov_3

The odd thing is that Padawan Menace got a blu ray release....and it looks like the Batman one is too. So why not Empire Strikes Out? Also, even though the running time of Padawan was only 20 mins or so, there were lots of extra short films too. Hopefully it'll be similar for Empire...I'm going to preorder from Amazon...and, if a blu ray shows for preorder later, I'll cancel no order the blu...

Sold! Perfect timing for my son's b-day in early April. I've never heard of this one so I doubt he's seen it either. I'm fine with the shorter length, especially considering the price, since he rarely makes it through a full movie anyway. Thanks OP!

Usually I go with Amazon over wallyworld, but since they both charge sales tax and wally had CB via a few sites, decided to go with the second choice.

Thanks OP. My kids loved both of the SW Lego one-off episodes, but I felt that the Padawan Menace was much better. The first one had a better story and humor (although, this one does manage to squeeze in a Han-shot-first reference that was funny). Getting the minfig seals this deal for me.

I bought it for my son, because it has the mini-fig. He loves the Lego stuff.

star wars and lego fan. loved the short. not sure I'd pay $8 for this length. the lego vader looks the same as the standard except you get medal accessory instead of a lightsaber.
