There have been plenty of recent deals for 12 month subscriptions for $35.

This is a terrible deal.

I used to think that xbox live was worth even 35 a year, now I think is it that much better than ps3 or wii? I'm going to sell my xbox when my subscription runs out. I used to love halo but they ruined it with the newest one. Not a big GOW fan. I have more fun on my 30 dollar wii playing Mario kart online for free right now. If every game had the challenge of Dark Souls I would be happy. Instead I feel like every game is too cinematic. I do want to play Crysis 3 though
