Sharp 60 in led $898 Walmart starting 2/17

I just had Target to pricematch their 640, it rang up $854 before tax with 5% red card discount.

Got mine last night. Lazy employees hadn't changed the price on the display and said it was online only. We had to talk to a manager, but we got it. Win.

anyone know anywhere that ships/delivers that will price match? i don't have a truck/van, don't have any immediate friends with one, and don't want to rent one.

The ad doesn't state the model number. Could you please let me know the model number ? Sharp LC-60E69U or LC60LE640U ? Thanks in advance.

I hit 4 Walmarts within driving distance from me and they were all out. They told me to call back Wednesday when the general shipment comes in. The employee I talked to said that it's the 640u. The 69U is not LED. I went to Best Buy to try for a price match but they were mysteriously out of inventory for the 640u in all of the stores and warehouse in my region. I'll try Target next.

generally speaking though....any Samsung plasma is going to be better than a lower end edge lit LED

Picked one up. Price matched from Target plus 5% using Red Card and another 5% using a coupon that was sent to me from Target on TV's. Total came to $810.00 plus tax. It is the 640U model. Had to go to 3 Target stores to find one instock.

can I ask how was it sent to you, email, postal mailing, in with your redcard statement, etc?

Very YMMV experience at Target. Went in last night to my closer store, didn't have any in stock, but the other store 8 miles away had a couple. Went there, customer service rep said they would price match, but since I needed a larger vehicle couldn't buy then. They said they would hold it for me though. It was too late to borrow or rent a truck, so I went back today after renting a Lowe's truck, and had 4 people 'helping' me for an hour calling the wrong local Wal-Mart stores, all 3 of which didn't carry the 640, the other two that carried it they never called, even though I insisted repeatedly that those were the only two stores I knew that had it in stock. So they refused price match based on the information they got from the wrong 3 stores, and I'm out $28 on the rental and gas. Thankfully, the Lowes guy didn't charge me for extra time on the truck even though I was over by 25 minutes getting it back.
