Does anybody know on these cams if it's ok to leave the IR on all the time? I usually only turn it on when needed but it would be more convenient to just leave it on. Just don't know if there's any long-term effect of leaving it on permanently.

On a side note - my kid woke up a little backwards this morning  (the attached picture is with infrared about 10 feet away. Pictures are much clearer with the light on)

Anyone use this for a baby monitor and monitor using a iphone / ipad? If so any good apps you recommend?

I bought this couple months back, and I love it as my baby CAM. I also used it when I went for vacation and started monitoring using Vitamin D software. Everytime, sun light comes, I used to get a email alert. Great.

I've seen this pop up several times... finally broke down and bought one. I'm not very savvy in tinkering with router settings, so if anyone has a simple guide to follow to set this up.. that'd be great!
