it appears that you can add up to 16gb on the 2 dimm mobo (although this is not a 16gb worthy laptop, but you might want to move up to 8, since ram is so cheap)

imho i think that there is a better deal going on from lenovo outlet right now, its not new but same length warranty, same specs but it does have an extra usb 2.0 port.
