yeah, pretty damn good deal and a nice guitar. The 1000 series LTDs are made in a different factory than the lower level LTDs. TU and rep

I own an LTD EC1000 built in 2004 that I got from a guitar tech for a metal band out of
Philly. The guitar is beautiful and sounds amazing! I would consider getting a 2nd one simply because mine has the SD pickups and not EMGs (which I want) Sent from Slickdeals App for iPhone & iPod Touch. |

I had one of these for about 3 years. Great guitar with pretty high quality workmanship, and the EMG version is just a fire breathing metal monster out of the gate! The neck is a little more suited to somebody with avg to small sized hands. Huge hands would have trouble in my opinion, as it's mildly compact compared to the avg size electric. Well worth that price!
