T3i with 14-55 mm+ 55-250 mm+ Bag+ Adobe Photoshop element 10 for $610 or T4i with 18-55 for $599. Can't decide which one to get. Will someone be kind enough to suggest which one should I get for general photography and what's the advantage of getting the one you suggest. I will really appreciate any input.

Not going to get $80 out of that software... Like $50 after fees, MAYBE... For $450 you ought to be able to buy the camera on Craigslist and save some hassle of selling stuff... It is an OK deal, and the T3i is a decent camera (But all these T cameras from Canon sure feel like cheap plastic these days...)
Unless you do video, I would say get a good used 40D and a decent lens (Like a nifty fifty). WAY better off in the long run...

I started buying a bunch of cheap zoom lens when I got into photography, now I've sold all those and just invest in good glass cause picture quality is what goes through those glass not so much the camera body. Just knowing what kind of photography you will be doing is very important. I'm more of a portrait photographer so I love fixed focal length lens....and my 70-200mm 2.8L(that thing is just a beast!)
