Domain, whois protection and 1 year of hosting from imeanwebhosting for $12.99
imeanwebhosting posted this on their facebook this morning. There is no expiration date though, so I'm not sure how long the sale is going on.

I had a little trouble at first because I forgot to change "monthly" to "yearly" when I added the standard plan to the shopping cart. Be sure to select yearly/annually/whatever and you'll avoid some headache.
