If I suspected my SSD, I would do a diskcheck.
After that, if it was still glitchy, then I would tend to believe that the OS is damaged, not the SSD.

SSD's are well not for high load systems. As we know they are having problem with flash memories write cycles. It is limited number of times memory bit can be erased and recorded. When flash wears out, SSD starts to act strange. Try SSD life utility to check drive status.

Got a new SSD just in case it was that still had warranty but after I did a fresh install, installed drivers video players codec pack its still doing it... I am lost.

Was working fine then after 1 hour started doing it again no audio can see video but laggy.

Not sure what else to do?

Say what?
I've been running SSD's for 3 years in my big PC that works long and hard, without a hint of "acting strange".

What machine are you using?
Can you tell us what the hardware is, like CPU, ram, mobo, GPU and any other peripherals you might have connected.

The amount of write cycles for a modern SSD is substantially high and with proper optimization you can extend the life-span of an SSD even further.

It may be worth doing a MemTest if no other possible problems are identified.
It may also be a good idea to go into your BIOS settings and verify all settings are properly configured for your hardware.

Are you getting BSoD prompts at all? The memory dumps could provide some useful information as to what could be the problem if so.

Yes, the sound card can cause this problem.
I always use Sound Blasters for the bar, as the sound is way better than what comes on the motherboard.
Most of them last 1 1/2 years and when they die, they either make the computer go whacky, or sometimes short it out so bad, that it will no longer boot.

PS: It goes without saying, that removing the sound card should be your next move.
If that does not cure the problem, then we'd have to look at other hardware.
If I have understood correctly, you have changed the SSD and installed a fresh OS on it, correct?
If that is so, it would be 99.99% sure that there's a hardware problem.
