This is a great printer, excellent scanning capability, and very cheap ink. Picked it up for $49 last year at BB.

Do brother printers have built-in printheads like epson? My latest epson has a clogged print head that can't seem to be fixed even though I've been using only real epson inks. I'm fed up with it and I"m looking to switch to a brother laser or an ink jet if they don't have built-in print heads.

Brother has an app in the google store so that you can print from an Android tablet to the wireless printer. I have this printer and really like it (j435). Love the cheap Ink also.

I bought this today since I was in dire need of a printer that works with the new computer. The WiFi is a nice touch. The old DJ5550 was fine, but the adapter cable (parallel to USB) sort of worked. Just wasnt right, so I got this.
Setting it up to the LAN and running the setup CD was a breeeeeeeze! $60 a hot deal or not, its a $60 printer!!!! And ink looks cheap too! Thanks OP |

In case others are curious as to the difference between 425, 430 and 435....there are none.
