I can see myself using this for bar hangouts when I want to whip out my ID and cash quickly, but other than that I've never understood why anyone would desire one. I realize the "minimal" aspect and lack of bulk are nice, though. I just have too many reward type of cards to carry around, for multiple department stores, as well as multiple ID cards (Costco, bus card , etc).
Seems like a lot of switching items back and fourth from a wallet to a clip for a lot of people. Also, leather wallets are just too sexy. If your pants are too tight while using a clip and sitting down, it could be painful or eventually tear through; many have extremely rough corners and these complaints arent too uncommon. ...That all said, I'm in for one because this one looks a lot thicker and sturdier than others...Even compared to the overpriced $15 - 20 ones Ive seen. |

I bought these about a week ago at the same price when I bought some collar stays of the same brand from amazon.com. Although the money clip looks very nice, the clip itself is not very functional. You see, the metal is thick all around, making it really hard to actually bend and hold anything. I've had money clips in the past, and never had an issue like this.

So I got the clips today and am happy to report that the diamond design on the back was indeed an error. It's brushed stainless just like the front.
It's a nice looking clip but like the previous poster said, it's quite strong so getting cards in and out takes a bit of work. But perhaps this is the better side of that issue since it's unlikely you'll ever have cards or cash falling out. |

It is stiff but i would rather it this way than have cash falling out in my pocket. I just put the cash into the clip by sliding the folded corner into the opening on the side of the clip. Im also expecting it to loosen up a bit after some use....
