- Poll can be taken once with one FB account against one RZ account.
- Same RZ account can be using with different FB account to get another 25 points [or more/less depends on what poll is taken].
- Two polls against one RZ account is the limit.
- Some times after taking the poll, system may say you got zero points, but if you refresh or go directly to your RZ account, you will see the points.
- BB has also advised that some of the points take time and may be delayed by 02/23, so if you don't see points added in your account, you know why.
- If you think your points were taken away, you can try calling BB customer service. I have got my points back and some more
