Good luck for those bold enough to risk this. Tiger Direct is known for their terrible, shady service and they've ripped many people off with rebate scams in the past. This seems too good to be true. Save all of your documents and make sure you have proof before you go through with this.

So.. can I buy both xbox and ps3 version and qualify for rebate for both? and It's only 11:34PM for me am I still eligible if I make a purchase now?

It looks like you can only get free game, can't make money. Shipping fee. Amazon trade-in value bad.
Need wait 6-8 weeks. Pass, no need to waste time unless you like this game. |

I see the following:
. Limit One (1) rebate per qualifying rebate offer, per person, billing address, company, household and receipt/invoice/packing slip during the eligibility period, except were prohibited by law. Only one (1) rebate application per envelope. That makes me nervous about purchasing two copies of the xbox game on the same receipt. |

But I've done probably 10 rebates within the past 3 months with them and every single one has paid out on time, in fact a lot of them have been paid just a week or two after I mailed them out, even though they advertise 6-10 weeks of turn around time. So they've definitely stepped their game up. But you advice is good too, definitely Rebates 101 is to make copies of everything. Make it work.
