For those looking to get both the 5 ream case of paper (FARewards with coupon) and the Lysol wipes (FARewards), you may want to do 2 seperate transactions. My purchase of both on 1 transaction just posted to the rewards site and although it shows me getting the full $20 of rewards on the paper, I am getting less than 100% of purchase price on the Lysol wipes b/c the stupid coupon for the paper also applied against the wipes. So I am out more than just tax.

you can contact rewards and they can fix that for you. staplesrewards.com -> then login in then choose the chat option.

The same thing happened to me except it's more confusing because I had to do a return/rebuy as the cashier only scanned the coupon once.
Where is the chat option on SRC? I looked on every page in the menu and used ctrl+f but couldn't find it.

Choose Help Center on left menu. Select "I need to Contact Staples Rewards" under the FAQ section. Just keep drilling down from there until you see the chat option.

I understood using the competitor coupon or Staples 5-digits code will reduce the reward value.

How about the 16-digit 10/50 OS coupon? Other SDers were using it. I have used it the 1st time on 18th but not seeing my transaction being posted to my account, so I can't verify it. Can someone confirm if it will reduce the reward value? I am planning to shop tonight for another account. TIA.

So far I have 3 transactions where if I used a case paper q, the OS q did not reduce the Rewards on the paper. Other Staples coupons (e.g., 10 off 75 or case of water q) I used in the transactions did reduce the Rewards. I posted some details of my transactions in the main weekly thread.

wow. Everytime I chat, it tells me "you have moved to the top of the queue since you are a Premier member". I thought that meant for regular members. Maybe that means for the Plus members.

Plus does get access to a priority phone number like premier does. No idea about chat because it does not include that in the benefits matrix.
